ALETIHAD Cooperative Insurance Company is a Public Listed Company incorporated by the Ministry Council Resolution and the Royal Decree as a Cooperative Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Paid-Up Capital of the Company is SAR 500 million. The Company is considered a prolongation to Trade Union which was established in 1983 in the Kingdom of Bahrain as an offshore company to conduct the insurance business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Company became a Public Company in 2008 and was launched on the Saudi Stock Exchange in Tadawul Under Symbol: 8170.
